Catastrophe Waitress is an indie-pop band, based in Freiburg (Germany).
The five songs on the new record range from light-footed folky to poignant orchestral. The two-part singing carries you through the multi-faceted compositions and touches you with its simplicity. In terms of sound, the songs develop a more complex and atmospheric depth compared to the 2017 debut album (st), whereby the band remains true to the playfulness in the arrangement. The EP was recorded at the Liquid Studio in Freiburg, will be released on all common streaming platforms and will be available on CD and vinyl at concerts of the band.
